Regarding exchanges and returns

If you would like to exchange the size or there is a problem with the product you received, we will accept exchanges or returns. Please contact us using the inquiry form within 8 days of receiving the product, and return the product within 10 days.

■If the size does not fit or it is different from the image, etc.

Size exchanges are possible only within 8 days of receipt. Please make a request using the return/exchange request form. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

■If there is a problem with the product

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the one you ordered, we will promptly return or exchange the product at your request. Please fill out the return/exchange application form within 8 days of receiving the item.

After completing the procedure, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Also, please note that we cannot exchange or return the product in the following cases.

• If an application for return or exchange is not received within 8 days after the product arrives at the customer's location.
• If the product shows signs of use, damage, or stains
• If accessories are lost
• If the product is returned by a method other than that specified by our company.
• In the case of products sold under special conditions such as non-returnable coupons, etc.
• For orders that are marked as non-returnable on the product page or campaign page, etc.
